Small lots of hand crafted wines are produced in Carbrea's micro-winery. We use French oak for aging our red wines and malolactic fermentation to reduce acidity and soften the wines. Italian stainless fermentation tanks are used for aging our whites.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Gewurztraminer
Estate Grown Fruit

Sweet roses, lychee nuts, and soft, green apple flavors swirl throughout this smooth, off-dry white. Enjoy with spicy asian dishes for a perfect compliment. Last year, a little dry, the year before, a little sweet. An incredible harvest after the long, hot summer of 2009 produced sweet, juicy fruit. This is the bottle we’ve been waiting for.

Hints of plums, black cherry, white chocolate and vanilla are found in this popular red. The tannins are moderate with a long lengthy finish.

Pinot Gris
Estate Grown Fruit
$20

This crisp, fresh dry white wine with hints of citrus, pineapple and crisp green apples is a great summer sipper. Soft cheese goes especially well with Pinot Gris wine - the crispness and acidity in the wine create a mouth-cleansing effect that complements soft cheeses perfectly. Consistent, long, hot days produced sweet, earlier ripening white varietals.

Pinot Noir
Estate Grown Fruit
$25

Our pride and joy! This distinctive wine is a complexity of ripe raspberry, cherry and cranberry with moderate tannins and a clean finish. Pinot Noir wine also goes well with pork, salmon, and chicken. Dishes with mushrooms tend to bring out the flavors of this wine. Known in the industry as the "heart break grape" our Pinot Noir has consistently produced fine quality fruit. Great love and care in the wine making process has earned us Silver Medal at the North West Wine Summit.

Agria
Estate Grown Fruit
$20

A beautiful grape from vine to bottle, with hints of red liquorices, caramel apple, burnt chocolate and tobacco leaf. This fruity, medium bodied wine will pair well with most foods with emphasis on slight spice. Our wild card grape that keeps turning up Aces! Originally planted to be a blending grape we’ve found it outstanding on its own. Truly worth a try!
